We did structural repairs and enclosed the porch on the north side of the house, creating big new room with lots of light and connection to the outdoors. Craftsman Style detailing outside enhances the look of the home. A beadboard ceiling and wainscoting keeps the porch feeling on the interior, while lots of new insulation and energy-efficient windows keep the space warm in the winter and cool in the summer. A new stair provides access to the entry.
