Jamison Masonry, Oreland, Pennsylvania- Greenhouse Addition
An addition to the main office of a contracting company provides a dramatic entrance and brings natural light and ventilation to the lower level offices. The interior showcases exposed brick, ornamental ironwork and craftsman style lighting. 2005 to 2006
ATD-American Company, Wyncote, Pennsylvania- Skylight Replacement
A technically demanding project, the replacement of 2,000 square feet of 25 year old barrel-vaulted skylights required the elimination of glare from the skylights, which had plagued personnel, since the introduction of desktop computers in the office environment. Energy efficiency was also greatly improved. The development of many details and finishes on both the exterior and the interior completes the picture. 2003 to 2006
ATD-American Company, Wyncote, Pennsylvania- Executive Offices
Renovation of a 2,000 SF. office building to create a suite of executive offices for a company employing over 150 people, with total office space of 30,000 SF. The new offices are clustered around a two-story atrium. The third floor was transformed into a conference suite, with a roof deck just outside. The clean, crisp lines of the oak millwork in the atrium make an exciting counterpoint to the colonial style of the exterior. 2001 to 2003
PNC Bank at the Pennsylvania Convention Center Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Located in the historic Reading Terminal. The design and execution required innovative solutions for a client with highly specific needs, including security and accessibility, while also addressing the regulatory requirements of a National Trust listed landmark. The design integrates modern elements into the classical setting. 2000 to 2001 (Brian J. Billings, Architects served as Project Architect for Cecil Baker & Associates)
Betsey Johnson Store, The Plaza at King of Prussia, Pennsylvania
This refitting of a retail tenant space, as a high fashion women’s boutique, demanded a high degree of attention to detail, to fit the program into a limited space and to meet mall design criteria. Services included lighting design. 2006
Los Potrillos- Plaza Universal, Norristown, Pennsylvania- Supermarket and Restaurant
An adaptive reuse and complete renovation of a former industrial building. The project will contain 12,000 square feet of retail, dining and offices. This is the first phase of a proposed renovation of the entire 36,000 square foot manufacturing and warehouse complex.

Jamison Masonry, Oreland, Pennsylvania- Warehouse/ Office Expansion
This expansion to existing warehouse and office facilities for a contracting company is in the schematic design phase. ATD-American Company, Wyncote, Pennsylvania- East Wing Addition
A new building, with 10,000 square feet of office space and parking under the building, which provides accessibility to existing offices, as well. The design includes a green roof garden and barrel vault skylight, to bring natural light into the office areas. The stone facade, at the street level, matches the original buildings in the complex.
